  • 1 head cauliflower, grated
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

  3. Add chopped tomato and cook until it becomes mushy.
  4. Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and garam masala powder. Mix well.
  5. Add chopped spinach and cook until it wilts.
  6. Add cubed paneer and salt to taste. Mix well.
  7. Add water as required and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.
